What We Look For

Tom Pellegrini & Partners is selective in the professional relationships it develops. We look for alignment across professional standards, client care, discretion, technical capability, responsiveness, communication quality and long-term relationship value.

For premium service providers, we also consider presentation standards, reliability, discretion, responsiveness, quality control, insurance, client handling and experience working in private homes, prestige properties or high-expectation environments.

Where appropriate, any future collaboration, referral arrangement, commercial relationship or professional partner arrangement will be subject to separate discussion, due diligence, compliance review and written agreement.
