Background & Experience
Tom Pellegrini brings more than 30 years of international executive, investment and advisory experience to prestige property, development opportunities, property-related investment and relocation advisory across Brisbane, Noosa, the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland.
His background includes 15 years as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of a major superannuation fund, during which assets more than tripled under his leadership. Throughout his career, he has advised boards, worked closely with institutional stakeholders, regulators, government bodies and industry organisations, managed large-scale residential, commercial and industrial real estate and financial investments, and overseen significant property and development projects.
His experience also includes major property repositioning, transformation and redevelopment projects, including the conversion of former corporate and international bank headquarters into internationally branded, multi-award-winning boutique hotels.
This background shaped a disciplined approach to stakeholder management, risk assessment, strategic decision-making and long-term value creation that continues to inform his advisory work today.

Tom is a Chartered Accountant (CA)*, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Advisory Board Certified Chair and holder of a Master's degree in Business and Economics*. His professional background also includes senior leadership roles with KPMG and EndemolShine, together with audit, governance and financial oversight responsibilities at the highest organisational levels.
As a fully licensed Real Estate Agent in Queensland, Tom combines institutional investment discipline, executive leadership experience and practical property market expertise to provide strategic guidance grounded in commercial judgement, market insight and a practical understanding of property acquisition, ownership and related processes.
